Dab when you cough or sneeze
Ever heard about the dance ‘Dab’? I know right? What is that? It is some dance that originated from Atlanta, US and has become quite popular around.
I’m not going to bother too much about who the inventor is just because there’s still some confusion as to who has the copyrights but whoever it is, we would like to say a very big ‘thank you’ because people can now sneeze and cough with swag!

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a campaign in August 2015 suggesting a safer way to cough and sneeze. When we cough or sneeze,
we release really tiny droplets and because they are so tiny, they can be spread easily in the air. So, imagine if those droplets carry bacteria or viruses and you cough into your hand…and you shake someone…*straight face*…Err, nope!

Now, even though some studies show that these ‘cough etiquettes’ do not ‘fully’ prevent the spread of the droplet, they sure admit that it is something. So while the scientists are working hard to find better ways to interrupt the spread of these droplets, we’d continue dabbing.
I don’t know about you, but I’d rather cough into my sleeve than into my hands. It’s just safer.
So, dab away! And you don’t have to raise the other arm…I’m not about to make you look awkward…lol.
